During the month of February, contestants representing 17 community businesses are vying for the title of "Chicago’s Sexiest" to raise money for Test Positive Aware Network (TPAN) in its month-long, online strip-a-thon fundraiser "Bar-lesque."
As people visit the Bar-lesque Web site and donate money, the contestants will appear in various stages of undress. Over the course of 10 donation levels, contestants go from fully dressed to "nature’s best." Bar-lesque is part of TPAN’s annual burlesque event, Chicago Takes Off, which will take place March 6, at the Park West. All money raised through Bar-lesque goes directly to the work of TPAN.
